SENSORY ANALYSIS

Organic extra virgin olive oil obtained by the blending of two of our varieties (Arbequina and Picual). The mixing percentages boosts the best characteristics of each variety, obtaining a medium, ripe fruity oil with green notes. Apple is the dominant aroma while the aftertaste is nutty Bitterness and pungency are maintained at a medium level, creating an olive oil that is both sweet and pleasurable on the palate.
